Step by Step: Your CSRD Roadmap 2026 Post-Omnibus
After Omnibus I, the CSRD applies to EU companies with 1,000 or more employees and more than 鈧450 million in net turnover. If you meet both thresholds, your first reporting year is FY 2027, published in 2028. This roadmap takes sustainability, compliance, and finance teams through six steps, from governance and the double materiality assessment to data collection, drafting, and limited assurance, with a checklist and timing for each phase.
Auditors review the process behind a CSRD report, not just the report itself.
